Do you have a long-time process that just might be the lag time in your task completion or customer response? Is your customer response time one of your major pain points? Or maybe you're implementing a new system and want to clean up your processes overall as part of the transformation. This is how we will work with you to improve your processing:
Startup - We'll hold a roundtable on the process(es) to uncover:
key players, outcomes, and pain points that you're already aware of
existing toolsets vs future toolsets (if you've already selected them)
Trekking - this is where we figure out all of the places a request visits (we once had a single transaction travel over 6 miles within one plant!)
Analysis - together, we'll review our findings to determine what's absolutely necessary, what can be eliminated, what can be automated and whether you're actually getting the outcome you expected from Step 1.
Remodel - this is where the magic starts to happen. Based on our findings, we will outline new possibilities to improve the way you work. Once an approach is agreed upon, build of the new solution will get underway with testing to follow. Once full testing and acceptance is complete, training of staff outside of the Improvement Team will occur with launch occurring soon after.
We bring Project Management to your organization when you need to implement a new software service, update an existing software, complete data migration, clean up your data, etc. This is how we will work with you to complete a project:
Startup - We'll hold roundtable discussions to uncover:
scope of project - What exactly are you trying to achieve? What are the limits of that goal? How does this align with your organizational strategy?
key players, timelines and pain points that you're already aware of
existing toolsets vs future toolsets (if you've already selected them)
Analysis - We will use the findings from the Startup phase to develop a proposed project plan and tentative schedule. A review of our proposal will involve negotiation on time and resources - please keep in mind that we cannot complete a project without you! See below to understand our expectations of how your organization will participate (What you bring to the table).
Formation - Once we are in agreement on Scope, Timing, and Resources, we can build out the Project Roles, establish check-in schedules and formalize the project schedule.
Execution - this is where the magic (and hard work) starts to happen. Work gets underway with testing to follow. Once full testing and acceptance is complete, training of staff outside of the Project Team will occur with launch occurring soon after.
General Consulting consists of us stepping in to help you understand how to approach a problem you're having.
Examples -
Your Customer Satisfaction Scores aren't where you want them to be, but you have no idea why or where to start. We're happy to work with you to uncover root cause and provide a plan for righting the ship. Of course, if that plan includes implementation of new software, revamp of existing software, or process improvement, we're happy to help you in those follow-on efforts as well!
You're looking for a technical solution to a problem and have nowhere to start. We've written and responded to RFIs and RFPs. We're used to doing technical research on products to understand what they do & don't offer and hey, we kind of like technical jargon.
You're looking to establish Project Management guidelines for your organization.
Fractional Resourcing is a great opportunity for you to fill small gaps. For example -
If you have someone going on a Leave of Absence and don't want to hire an additional full time resource, we can assist by providing a Salesforce Admin or Project Manager.
You're a small company and can only afford to hire what you need - we're happy to come up with an affordable package that makes sense for you!
You're a small company and just need a few hours of technology guidance per month - this is a great fit for a Fractional CTO/CIO.
If you've come to our Salesforce Services, you probably have an idea of what you need. We're Admins, Devs, Workflow creators, and we love a good puzzle. Have a specific problem you're trying to solve, we're in! Need a few hours of an Admin, we absolutely do Fractional Resourcing. Let's discuss what you need and come up with an equitable plan.
(If you don't, that means you're probably looking to determine if it's right for your organization. We're happy to discuss and plan with you, see our above services.)
People Resources - no matter which type of engagement we are partnering with you on, we will need your participation. Terms you'll hear us use:
SPOC (Single Point of Contact) - just as it states, this will be the one person we go to in order to get questions answered, approvals, additional resources located, etc
SME (Subject Matter Expert) - We don't know your business. You know your business. In order for our engagements to be successful, we need a true partnership on bringing your goals to fruition.
Key Decision Makers - You will definitely need to make decisions for your organization, whose voices do we follow at these junctures?
Time Resources - before we move forward on an engagement, we'll want to talk about other projects / endeavors you have going on in your organization. If you don't have time & can't make time, no engagement will be successful. Commitment of time & people resources are absolutely necessary before we move forward.
Top-Down Support - whether this endeavor is at the Department / Division / or full Organization level, all involved parties should be getting communication and direction from the Top-Down. We'll help with those communications, but your leadership needs to be involved and on-board.
If you're not finding quite what you're looking for, please schedule time with us, we'd love to brainstorm with you!
