Trello - Can you do PM with Trello? Personally, I think Trello is best for personal organization at the free level ALTHOUGH - there are some really good templates you can pick up out in the wild that add to the free functionality.
ClickUp & Notion - If you are a OneNote user and love the ability to take notes and screen capture, these two might be more for you.
> ClickUp is very AI heavy and wants to write everything for you, which I just don't love. It has a lot of integrations available, including calendar, and has multiple views of each section, but not as much available for free as Notion.
> Notion is rooted in database structure and offers a Gantt view of work in addition to agile style boards with the free version. This might have a slightly higher learning curve, but lots of free templates. There is AI help available.Canva - putting together imagery for presos, ads, lost cats...the possibilities are endless and all beautiful.
Squoosh - need image compression right quick? This is your guy.
